Shipping Policy
We post across the UK. Delivery costs £4.50 flat rate, or it’s free for orders of £60 or more.
Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be made and additional shipping time. During the holidays (from November 1 forward,) please allow an additional 3-5 working days for production. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
Shipping times vary based on location.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or UPS. Please allow additional shipping time during holiday periods.
At present, we offer UK shipping & delivery only.
Return Policy
If summat arrives damaged or not quite reyt, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll sort it sharpish, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
We can’t take returns on used candles or personalised orders, but we always want happy customers, so drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help.
